George founded PA/NJ Abstract, Inc. in 1998, and is an agent of both First American and Land America Lawyers Title. Prior to establishing the Company, George spent more than five years working in some of the largest Creditors Rights firms in Philadelphia. As his experience and his network of contacts expanded, he recognized a shortage of focus on customer service in the title industry. At this point George envisioned PA/NJ Abstract, Inc. which through its great success has grown into East Coast Land Transfer. Since its establishment in Georges' home office, the company has expanded to represent lenders and real estate agents up and down the east coast corridor. George holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from St. Josephs University and holds a Insurance Producer's License since 1998. George is a die hard Philadelphia sports fan, loves to fish and claims to be a Blue Devil during March.

Katrina has been with East Coast Land Transfer since its establishment. She previously worked as an Accountant overseas while in the military for 5 years. Upon her return to the United States she became employed with a title company based in Northeastern Philadelphia before finding her "home" with East Coast Land Transfer. Katrina is responsible for the disbursement of most files, settlement trust accounts, most post closing issues and the accounting aspects of the company. After work Katrina can be found either tinkering with her hobby of web design or caring for her young three year old son.

Jim has managed the title office since late 2001. A licensed Insurance Producer, Jim brings over seven years of title and mortgage experience to the Company. Jim has successfully opened and closed over $400 million and counting in Real Estate transactions throughout his time with the company. His expertise and attention to detail have earned him an exceptional reputation and dedicated following. In addition to his knowledge of the industry, he has also accumulated several years of experience with law firms in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jim received his bachelor's degree from LaSalle University and also earned a paralegal certificate in 1997. In his small amount of time away from the office Jim can be found between the pipes on the hockey rink or spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.

Greg has been with PA/NJ since the company has entered the REO industry. As our REO specialist, Greg works in conveying foreclosed properties for our clients. Greg has helped make East Coast Land Transfer one of the leading REO Managing Firms on the East Coast. When Greg is not enthralled in his work he volunteers his time as a coach and mentor to youth sport organizations. Furthermore, Greg lives for moments like "4th and 26".

Elizabeth became a part of the PA/NJ team in October of 2002 as a receptionist and quickly caught on to all aspects of title work. Having worked mainly in the post closing department and with our underwriters issuing policies, Elizabeth is also qualified as a closer.
